Vice Mayors’ League of the Philippines, Leyte Chapter, held its monthly meeting hosted by Vice Mayor Armando Mendiola Ysidoro in the Municipality of Leyte Leyte. Additionally, the VMLP conducted an outreach program for the pupils of Leyte Leyte Central School.
