The Sangguniang Bayan of Palo have extended appreciation and congratulations to Christopher Garado by way of Municipal Resolution No. 2020-33.
Christopher Garado, a resident of Barangay Arado, Palo, Leyte, finished 2nd place on Stage 9, and, placed 35th in the over-all ranking of the 10th year staging of the Ronda Pilipinas.
The cycling event, Ronda Pilipinas, is a way of giving Filipinos an avenue, especially the younger generation, to someday make it big in the sport of cycling as according to the organizers. The 10-stage event kicked off at Sorsogon on February 23rd and concluded in Vigan on March 4th of this year.
Christoper Garado’s achievement did not go unnoticed as the Sangguniang Bayan of Palo wishes and hopes that his feat serves as an inspiration to youth of Palo.
